The customer runs its critical workloads on AWS and was seeking a strategic partner to deliver end-to-end Managed Services for its cloud ecosystem.
The scope included Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services, AWS security management, database support (MySQL and Oracle), DevOps management across 50+ pipelines (Prod, UAT, Dev, POC), and Palo Alto firewall support—along with strong business continuity enablement.
