Ajay has over 17 years of experience in spanning Human Resources, Organizational Design, Change Management Capabilities & Business Strategy. He has been instrumental in building global engineering & delivery teams, overseeing company level integrations during M&A and donned various roles in People Management as Human Resources Professional.

After getting a Master’s in Human Resources & Marketing from Acharya Nagarjuna University, he worked with giants like L&T Technology Services, Graphene Semiconductors, Intelligentia & Kivar Group.

With his strong skill-development and people-management skills, Ajay has helped in streamlining the development activities, spearheading many new initiatives.
