As a qualified Chartered Accountant, he combines deep technical expertise in IFRS and Indian GAAP with a strategic commercial mindset that transforms finance into a key driver of business value.

His professional journey spans high-growth organizations including Rapyder Cloud Solutions, Unacademy, WPG India Electronics, and BDO India LLP, giving him broad cross-sector experience across technology, consulting, and semiconductor distribution. Over the years, Deepak has built a strong track record of simplifying financial complexity through robust MIS frameworks, strategic financial modeling, inter-company pricing structures, and audit-ready internal control systems.

At Rapyder, Deepak leads the full spectrum of finance operations as Financial Controller, overseeing group-level statutory and tax compliance, treasury management, and end-to-end MIS governance. He plays a pivotal role in driving annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, working closely with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans.
