REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy

Rapyder requires 30 days’ notice of cancellations and also if any payment has been made before the cancellation of any service, it takes 7-10 working days to get the credit back to the customer. If you ever decide to cancel your account, just submit a support ticket as indicated below with your request for cancellation and your service will be discontinued at the end of your next complete billing cycle.

All cancellations requests must be submitted to our billing department using our support ticket system available here for via your online account. Please ensure you select the correct option when canceling your account, failure to select the correct department will not allow you to fill out the correct cancellation form and you may still continue to be charged. No refunds will be offered for any mistakes submitting cancellation. We do not accept cancellation requests via the Phone, Postal Service, Email, or live chat. Cancelling any subscription with a payment processor does not constitute notice of service cancellation and you will still continue to be invoiced until the appropriate cancellation form or tool within your control panel is completed within the notice period required.

Refund Policy

Rapyder provides refund only if we terminate our Services to You without cause before the end of a month for which you have paid. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from Rapyder. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in other situations subject to any Member seeking such refund applying for the refund in accordance with the requirements we post on the website, which may be changed from time to time.
